FOR 1ST ORDER ON 23/01/2020 LABELS STILL NOT RECEIVED TODAY 06/02/2020. BEN ... WE'LL COME BACK TO THIS MORE !!!! Of course you replied that you were sorry and I thank you for that. But I still don't have the labels.... they've been paid for though... don't get angry... I'm disappointed as it was for my mom who has gone into a retirement home. Small local stores are the best. Incomplete order, the greaseproof paper was missing my contact was very unpleasant she refused the refund but offered a 20% discount knowing that the labels were unusable I ordered on another site delivery within 24 hours much cheaper in case of error on their part immediate refund I will no longer order on this unreliable site. Following your reply, you're really bloated, you didn't offer me an intermediary solution, knowing that I had explained to you that it was no longer of any use as my daughter had meanwhile gone on a skiing trip. For your information, on the other site I paid 12 less than you and with a quality of service beyond reproach compared to your services. You deliver incomplete orders and it's the customer who is penalized. Your answer comforts me in the sense that I would not recommend your site for lack of consideration for the customer and overpriced compared to the competition.

What a disappointment... none of the labels, whether self-adhesive or iron-on, would stay on the clothes. They all came off some time after I'd put them on. And yet I know the product well and followed the instructions supplied with it. I don't understand because I had already ordered the Maternelle pack for my eldest daughter and was very, very satisfied with it (some labels are still stuck on almost 5 years later!!!). Perhaps there has been a change in the materials used (the label backing changed between my 2 orders).
