The quality is good, but not meeting the delivery time stated on the website is not acceptable. I placed the order on September 3 and got the shipping email on the 10th.... That is well over 48 hours. The shipping time is not even stated which is now explicitly stated is guaranteed by many sites. In addition, a fee is charged only at the time of payment which is not stated in the order instead.

I always have problems with shipping! 2 times out of 3 I have had delays. Once I didn't get them at all. Very honest customer service sent them back to me for free. I would suggest courier mail more reliable and safe than Italian post.
