This is my 5th order - In the past I have been very happy with the service and the stickers, however! I had an empty envelope arrive on my doorstep 5th October. I ordered £37 worth of stickers which still haven't been re-sent. I messaged the customer service immediately via email - no reply, called them - answerphone message, as a last result I used Facebook messenger and received a cheeky reply and smiley face - unbelievable! The customer service is appalling! Please sort my order out ASAP!!!

The stickers are nice but the customer service is not great at all. I won't be buying from them again for that reason.
