I've never had a problem ordering here however my latest order wasn't received. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful and they only responded to me after I opened a claim with paypal for a refund. Ordered beginning of September. They proceeded to tell me my address was incorrect, when I had confirmed to them several times that my address was indeed correct. It's been 6 days since I've heard from them so I'll be taking my claim further with paypal. I'll never order from here again.

The tin is not printed. There's just a sticker on it. I didn't see this information anywhere on the website, so I wouldn't have ordered it. The sticker is stuck on crooked and there is dirt underneath. I am very disappointed. It just looks cheap and the sticker certainly won't stay on for long.
