Very good quality products although it could be improved. - The lid of the thermal bottle broke on the 2nd day, as it is for children it could be made more resistant. When it gets hot liquid does not let any temperature pass out, it would be great if it had an indicator or q let a little to q when going to drink the children were aware that it is hot and not burned. - The stickers on the clothes did not stick as we expected and the one on the shoes exceeded expectations. - In the purchases we have made, we have always received stickers as a gift, our children love them!

Odyssey the fact that you rely on italian poste for deliveries is already a bad start. plus your request/info handling service is slow and therefore completely ineffective. After the first non-delivery and return to sender, I left the neighbor's contact in case I was absent and you instead headed the shipment to the neighbor. The iron-on labels keep peeling off! I followed the instructions on the website: Flax position iron, 220°C, at least 12 sec on greaseproof paper. But there's nothing I can do! I've glued them twice now. I can't go on gluing them all the time! If I'd known, I'd have bought sewing labels! In the end, I'd probably have had less trouble!
