The package with 60 labels never arrived!
Terrible experience..... It's been almost a month since the order was placed and I still haven't received it, you told me you were going to send me another one and I'm still waiting....
It is an item that I would have liked to receive but after 20 days it still has not arrived. It is absurd to ship by priority mail without tracking. Should the item arrive I will possibly change the rating.

It's been over 10 days since I ordered the 30 euro kit and I still haven't received anything.
I still haven't received my labels, even though I ordered them on July 2. The ad said within 48 hours and after ordering I was told after 10 days, even though my daughter was leaving for camp on July 8. So my daughter left without me being able to label her clothes, she had time to come back and I still haven't received anything... but the money was taken from MY account! Misleading advertising and services not honored. Very disappointed.

Never mind. We purchased tags for things to take to the hospital for the birth of our son. Baby arrived nametags still no word, despite a reminder....
I ordered the labels for my son's summer camp, but I never received them! And the only thing I get from customer service is that it's all down to postal delivery times.... No commercial spirit. A real disappointment

Iron-on garment labels that serve no purpose...money down the drain!!!! This is because iron-on labels for garments have to be stuck onto the brand labels or washing instructions, not directly onto the textile itself. But iron-on labels are much larger than brand labels or washing instructions !!!!! What's more, the first time I washed them in the washing machine, the labels came off! So I had to write my children's names directly by hand with a pen, just like in the good old days! I'm very disappointed with my purchase...skip it!

I have not received a delivery to date. My order was placed 4 weeks ago. For a company that advertises 48-hour delivery, that's just bad!
