Been using petit-fernand for years and years product and delivery has always been great. Sadly this time round there was a massive delay in delivery. Hoping it won't happen again. It wasn't the delivery service that was the issue it was your company that admitted to having a problem at your end!

The order was delayed and took a long time. I know it explained once posted takes up to 10 business days to be delivered but it's the time frame from ordering to being shipped out that was the long process and I also got an email to say there was a delay as they are too busy?

I've buying from this brand for so many years but this last lot I bought of stickers for clothes came really disappointing, it came out of the clothes at first wash… none of the clothes has stickers anymore and yes I did follow all the instructions
