I was a little disappointed with the quality of the labels on this latest order. Before, the gluing quality was perfect. Here, I can already see the labels coming off the felts before they've even been handled. The design is very nice, but I'm disappointed.

I ordered in total 60 stickers, which I've not yet received. I selected the standard free postage, however to my surprise I have recieved a fee due notice through from Royal Mail. The sender did not pay postage and I must pay £3.50 to get my stickers. I cannot comment on the stickers yet as I've not yet recieved them but disappointed already that there are 2 postage options and the Free standard is not infact free. I would have paid for the tracked postage had I of known.

What can happen, however, it that the customs demand some of our clients, on rare occasions, to pay a fee, that we absolutely refund! I've used this site 3 times to order labels for my son's clothes. I was delighted the first two times, but much more disappointed with my last order. The removal of the labels was very complicated, I spent a lot of time to remove them. Some labels were damaged in the process, yet I had enough dongles to do it.

Very poor delivery. Items were delivered 3 to 4 days later than the prescribed delivery date. Did get in touch with the company who were fairly non interested and blamed it on the carrier. The goods were a good quality so no problem there.

Nice labels but the packaging isn't great (I think). The labels stick well but on the diamond pencils the labels "bounce". It's still a good product but I'm a bit disappointed. I used to order from another site the other years, so I think I'll go back to this old site.

I've been ordering for several years now and have always been pleasantly surprised. But for the past two years, and especially this year, I've found that the labels are not as good as they used to be. They're hard to peel off and tear off the transparent self-adhesive film as they go by.

Our first order arrived in perfect condition and we loved it. The second order was a school enrollment gift and never arrived at the DPD point. The following will not prevent us from ordering again, as we know that this site is reactive and we like the concept so much. However: We've always been delighted with our orders, but unfortunately this year the quality of the labels has declined enormously. They are difficult to remove from the backing and don't come with as much as in previous years. What's more, the choice of fonts is no longer the same, and although this is purely a matter of personal taste, I find that the rendering is much coarser.

The self-adhesive clothing labels were very difficult to remove from the plastic... and there's a page of iron-on labels that isn't close cut so I can't use them... unless I cut them myself = waste of time. I'm a bit disappointed because the labels are really beautiful and look good quality. To be seen over time.

The delivery time was not what it said on the website. It took longer... The product is fine but the presentation is not good.... They come in badly stapled packages, untidy and not even separated by names but mixed up. In cargoes for 5 children and one of them was missing stickers... I didn't really care about the latter because I had ordered enough... Regarding the utility of the product I think it is correct. But the presentation and the shipping places could be improved as I have already mentioned.
