I ordered the labels on September 8. They have not yet arrived. I contact customer service. Only automated responses where they ask me if the shipping address was correct. Then they shrug it off by saying that they delivered the package to the postal service on Sept. 10 (so on the promised time) and that the delay is not their fault. The package is obviously not traceable. To have controllable service, paying fair postage (an option I would have preferred when ordering but not offered!) I should have bought a custom water bottle/lunch box/cup. Meanwhile, I paid for it anyway.
