I have not yet received the labels so I am not rating the quality of the product but the service. The problem is not so much the delivery time but the total inability, even upon specific request, to track the shipment. It is not possible to have a tracking number. A delay can be handled if you know the timeframe, providing otherwise in waiting, but only if they know the timeframe and answering 10 days is not reliable.
