A problem with the wrong address...10 rue de B...indicated to Colissimo Whose fault is it, the post office's? The supplier? The computer? Hence the many reminders... which have just been answered, but delivery took over 3 weeks instead of the 48 hours indicated at the time of ordering. Last year, I had already ordered labels and everyone had their own personal pouch. This year, I also ordered labels for my children and 3 others to whom I wanted to give these practical labels. But there was only one pouch with all the stapled labels inside. What a shame for the presentation... I'll have to cut them out board by board to give them as gifts. I'm a bit disappointed.

I'm very happy with the products I ordered, and so are my children. However, I'm only giving them 2 stars, because I placed my order following a referral. I therefore had a promotional code with a 3 euro discount and free shipping (6 euros) When I applied the promotional code, the shipping costs were not cancelled. So I contacted Customer Service, who asked me to confirm my order with the shipping costs, but that these costs would be reimbursed. To date, I haven't received this refund. Admittedly it's only 6 euros, but as a matter of principle I feel I should be reimbursed.

Usually, I never have any problems with c-mon etiquette but on the last order there were some. The first plate was not cut and on the second one a label on the plate was damaged. But I'll continue to order because I've never had any problems with any of my orders, and delivery is very fast.
