Chilling experience to say the least. Suffice it to say that I was emailed for one who misunderstood their terms of sale. I strongly criticized the use of an untraceable postal service to ship the labels, well I ordered September 9 and still don't have the labels. They will tell you they are still on time to receive them, sure, they count 10 business days...as if it is normal nowadays to wait more than 10 days for an order. On top of that, they send me the email to evaluate the shopping experience but hear hear: I still haven't received the order so what the heck am I supposed to evaluate??! If I have to evaluate the experience so far I say absolutely terrible.

I placed the order on September 9, it has been 13 days and I have not received anything. On the site though they highlight the delivery on 48 hours, then if you read the full shipping conditions, which however are not visible as the 48 hours, but you have to look it up, then they say about the 10 days. In my opinion the message they give is misleading. I wrote to customer service who replies to me to wait until the 26th, but the say days expire on the 23rd.

I placed the order three weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I think it is a scam and they do not provide any stickers. When I contacted them to ask why the delay, they said the order is in transit and if I don't receive anything within a month, they will try another shipment.
