Sono 3 anni che acquisto queste etichette e ho notato una diminuzione della colla per restare attaccate, soprattutto nelle etichette da stirare. Some of the labels were missing from the order. I contacted customer service and was told to send photo evidence. It's very difficult to take photos of something that is missing... I ended up having to take photos of every page to show that the labels were not there. I then had to do this again as they couldn't find the photos I had previously sent. They agreed to a refund but didn't refund the correct amount. I contacted them about this but they then asked me to send more photos of the missing labels. In the end I gave up, as it was taking too much time. The labels that we did receive were good quality, but this company has shocking customer service. I would definitely avoid them in the future! They also sent us some Christmas stickers as a gift. Which is completely pointless as it's January! I'd rather have received the labels which I paid for. Please don't reply and say 'please contact us to resolve this'. As I've tried to resolve this with your team on a number of occasions but had no luck.

Creating the name labels is easy and leaves plenty of room for creativity. They were dispatched within a few days. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the labels themselves. They look great, but are very difficult to remove. If you have to label a large quantity, it's quite tedious and unnecessarily time-consuming. I have often ordered labels from here before and have always been very satisfied, and have recommended them to everyone. It would be nice if the manufacturer could return to the old quality ?

I am leaving a very mixed review. I Have used the Company many times to order both the iron-on clothing labels and stick-on shoe labels. Although delivery has been on slow side I have always been very happy with product quality. However, I placed an order approx 3 weeks ago now and it still hasn't arrived. I had a text from a lady in Manchester 10 days ago saying that she had been sent my order with (of course) my childrens name visible and my phone number (surely a GDPR breach?). When I called Petit Fernand to ask what was going on (about 7 days ago) they seemed to know about the problem already. They apologised and offered to repost my labels (which have still not arrived) and they did also offer me a discount code for the future. This morning I received an envelope from Petit Fernand.... containing someone elses labels!!! The Company currently seem to be experiencing a multiple shipping failure and breach of GDPR. And if so, why did they not contact me upon realising the problem

In the first wash in the washing machine (cold water and normal program) the labels have gone on several garments of different fabrics. I followed the instructions, but they did not give me a good result. I don't give them one star because they are nice and arrived well but the quality of the glue is not what I expected.
