Hello, I ordered a snack box and a matching gourd for my son, who will soon be 3 years old, to start kindergarten. They are very pretty but unfortunately the openings are much too difficult... He can't open either the beaker or the snack box. What a shame to have to buy new ones, because he can't use them all by himself?

The patterns are nice, the finish is pretty, but after the first wash, most of the self-adhesive labels come off. First try with this brand, I won't be doing it again.

Super site with labels that stick very very well, however the work of the preparer is to review. Order at 45 is missing 4 label sheets and one wooden one is stained. I contacted customer service, got a quick response and was told to send back the missing labels and have the damaged one redone. Yes, but on receipt of this service, the labels are still missing. Again, I call back the service, which is always top-notch and reactive. Now we'll see if we get everything this time.

I was very pleased that my order was processed immediately (name stickers only). Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email with the shipment tracking and that my stickers were on their way. My order would be there within the next 3 days. Three days turned into three weeks. I thought they wouldn't arrive. The stickers look nice but unfortunately they don't last as promised.

Very good, except that late on the day before the (good) order I wanted to take the green toiletry bag, but with my mobile phone it was impossible to place the order! So I waited until the next day to place an order via PC, and it was no longer available (a small disappointment). The delivery took much longer than announced, the order was for my daughter who was going away to camp and it arrived after she had left.

I placed my order on July 12, it's now July 23 and I still haven't received my order, which was supposed to arrive at a relay point.
