After several orders I have continued to rely on Petit-Fernand plates, but with this latest order, unfortunately, it did not go well. Ordered on September 2, 2019, as of today, September 16, they still have not arrived. I understand that the problem is with the Italian postal service, but when I wrote to the Petit-fernand contacts I got an email asking me to be patient until Sept. 17!!! I can understand 10 days, given the slowness of the Italian postal service, but 15 days from the order seems excessive! So bad handling of orders that did not arrive. I had to order from another site where they arrived in 3 days from order. From customer service I expected more.

I placed the order on 28.08 and the package arrived 11.09. despite several emails I never got any response from customer service. If not the usual automatic response "we will ship your package within 48 hours". Customer care is crucial for a company. You cannot ignore customers. I was so disappointed.

Very nice products but very bad customer service. I ordered some stickers and another product. They notify me by email that the product will be shipping late and they will give some free stickers. After a few days an email arrives notifying me that the order has shipped. I assume that the items will arrive all at once. I receive it, but in the envelope I find only the product and the free stickers, no label. I write notifying them that I have received the package but the labels are missing, they reply that the labels were shipped separately; nil mention of my communication regarding the fact that they have not yet arrived and what I will have to do if they do not arrive, which is definitely likely, since if the shipment of the product was late I imagine that the labels were shipped first...of course I can only guess since they did not even inform me when they were shipped. I rewrite asking for more information, but all is silent.... The order is dated 28/08. I am still waiting.
