To this day I still haven't received anything... even though I've had confirmation of receipt of my order and payment in the meantime my daughter has already left on her school trip... very disappointed! Here we are on the morning of 17/5 and still nothing! This wasn't my first order with you... but it may be my last, given your lack of responsiveness... all my other orders were processed, shipped and received on time in less than a week! I ordered a lunch box for my son, within s few days the lid broke, which I informed to Petit Ferdinand, they mentioned they would send me a replacement ... there weeks later I am still waiting. The products are really nice, I have bought the clothing labels and they are fantastic, unfortunately the issue with lunch box has been really disappointing.

Despite correct application, some labels come off after just a few wears and washes. It would be desirable if you could choose whether it should be single-line or double-line. Possibly also choose which size or something narrower/smaller, for example the self-adhesive labels for clothing are too big for some labels where I wanted to use it, so I had to cut something off.

When ironing on, make sure that the iron is set to the highest setting, hold it on the garment for 12 seconds without any movement or steam and press firmly. If you have done this, the labels should not come off as the adhesive on the labels will "melt" into the fabric. I ordered personalized mugs. I was kindly given a small discount as the total cost of my order was substantial. I really liked the mugs, and it's true that they're very pretty. It's still a bit expensive, and one of the mugs looks like it's been stitched on the inside, with little white dots probably in the wrong color. But it's not noticeable. The other 4 mugs are impeccable. Otherwise perfect packaging for delivery: little risk of breakage by the driver.
