I actually don't know what these products are like because after ordering and paying for them, I have not received them. I contacted the customer service several times but without receiving any kind of explanation and consideration, they answered me with automatic pro emails and of any explanation. The products protanno also be beautiful (I can not judge since I have never received them) but customer service is very bad

Ordered on August 27, it took a while to be processed. Once the parcel had left, something went wrong and I was unable to receive my order. I contacted customer service and was told they would do what was necessary, but I'm still waiting for my bottles. I absolutely do not recommend this site!

My experience has been very bad, to date since August 29th I have not received the order, I have no response from the company, I have sent many emails and the answer is automatic and I can not talk to anyone. They tell me that they do not know where my order is, which I find very unprofessional so it is the last time I ask for anything and of course I will not recommend them. I have run out of order and money, I needed the labels for the start of the school year and they have not arrived. My daughter has left with the clothes and material marked with a marker because I did not even have time to compare in another site waiting for these. My experience was very bad, very disappointed with the company and with the after-sales service.
