I still haven't received my order and it's impossible to contact you (unsatisfactory automatic e-mail response). I managed to get someone on the phone who didn't take my request seriously at all, saying that it was the post office's fault. I still haven't received the gift for Saturday and I haven't received the labels for the beginning of the school year, even though I'd allowed enough time.

Long time lag from dispatch to actually receiving product. When items finally arrived some stickers actually missing from the ëschool pack'. Company still not responded to email. Would not use again or recommend. Highly expensive for poor unreliable service.

Iron-on labels don't stick to almost any fabric... They don't work on T-shirts, jeans, sweaters etc... The only label I managed to stick was on a "pilou-pilou" blanket. For your information, I use a LAURASTAR central unit in LIN/200°c mode, and I follow the instructions to the letter. Very disappointed
