No labels, still waiting nearly 3 weeks on. No tracking and no express delivery. My daughter had to start school with all her items unlabelled. Fed up and want a refund!!!

Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !
