It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it has not arrived and I have no news about where it is and if I will ever receive it. The service is lousy. They charge you right away but then they don't care if you receive it or not.

My order is dated 22/08/19. I still haven't received anything. Customer service tells me I should receive my order by 05/09/19 but I think that's a long time! Especially since this is an error on your part regarding the postponement of the wrong delivery address. See on the order form which is not the same as the one I entered on the site. But this would have been corrected. But I haven't received anything and I'm still waiting.

When I placed my order, I changed the delivery address (as I had moved house) but due to a bug or something, the old address was taken into account. I placed the order on August 13 and a week later I received only half of the stickers I had bought in the pack. They told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the missing ones but today August 31 they still have not arrived, and on Monday my son will not have his things marked in time to go to kindergarten because of their mistake. I understand that they can make mistakes sometimes but they have to fix the mistakes faster, the shipment can take up to 10 working days and if they make a mistake then more than 20, a shame. I hope they arrive next week and if not I will get my money back, even so I will not buy here again, because I have not had the order when I needed it.
