I placed 2 orders on August 12 and still haven't received anything. And they give me an address that is not mine. I changed it when I placed my order and validated it. It's even written on my invoice. I'm not satisfied because no answer has been given and I'm still waiting for one. Soon it will be time to go home and I have nothing to mark my son's things. It's been 20 days since I ordered labels and still nothing on the horizon. The reason is {bad address}, knowing that I've never before had problems receiving my mail because of my address. And now I'm on hold, I don't know if I'm finally going to receive these labels.... I've asked for them to be sent back to me or for my money to be refunded, but to date nothing has been done and no one from customer service has been able to reply. The only answers I get on my mailbox are to confirm the accuracy of my address (a never-ending story).
