I ordered from Esistmeins about two months ago. Unfortunately, my internet connection was interrupted during payment with Klarna and I immediately contacted customer service. I received bank transfer details to which I then transferred the money, but unfortunately the merchant didn't receive enough money due to the foreign bank transfer (which nobody told me beforehand). So I informed them that we would cancel the order and I would get my money back and then order again. Two months later, despite constant requests, I still haven't received my money back and I am being asked to prove my payment, even though it was confirmed to me some time ago. I have also already sent a bank statement. As this is fraud, I would like to warn other people about this company!
