I made a mistake between the self-adhesive labels and the termo-adhesive labels. Only 1 minute after the validation of the order and the online payment I sent an email to cancel my order or replace the labels and I received a response message 2 days later unacceptable "your order is already produced and shipped we can not ...." so the error is not allowed on your site. Customer service is not responsive. I do not recommend!
