I've been using the labels for my daughter's clothes and other items for 3 years now, and I've never been disappointed...this year we were tempted by the isothermal gourd and the lunch box, and they're truly magnificent! The only downside is that the bottle top is a little hard to open for my 4-year-old daughter, and even for me...apart from that, there's nothing to complain about: the labels are sublime and shipping is fast!

Three years ago I turned to you for a set of labels and was very pleased: very good quality materials (the labels to this day are still attached and perfect) and shipping on time without any problems. I then turned to you again this year, but this time unfortunately I had only one major disservice: I ordered a set of labels on September 4, but it never arrived (despite the fact that my credit card was charged immediately!). I then contacted customer service, who was helpful and assured me of a second shipment of the goods on September 24. To date, however, I still have not received anything! The very bad (and very strange) handling of shipments discourages people from relying on you

So upset I ordered 2 sets of 20 labels for £12 in September they still hadn't turned up so I emailed them and got a response saying that payment hadn't gone through which I thought was strange as I'm sure it had anyway I checked my account and there was a transaction for £12 but it didn't say the company name so I paid again and the same company name came up so I now know I paid! I've had no response and no product even though I paid £24 I am contacting the bank to report fraud and try and get a refund.
