I have used these labels for the last three years with no faults whatsoever. This year, the labels were not sticking correctly, so I contacted customer support and they sent out a new order immediately. Very professional and always great communication, will always recommend.

Normally you would have to deduct stars. Absolute rip-off. I ordered one of the personalized lunch boxes almost 5 weeks ago and paid directly. The promise was 48 hours. After 3 weeks still nothing came so I shouted to customer service and they said it would be sent again and again within 48 hours. Whereby she first wrote the labels. So the email wasn't even read properly. Unfortunately, everything was written very dubiously. Now another 1 1/2 weeks have passed and still no order in sight. That's almost 5 weeks now. Can't be right. I find it absolutely outrageous. I now want my money back and will order elsewhere.

Disappointing, all but two tags have remained on my children's clothes. The rest I found in the washing machine drum. I spoke to customer services and they asked for my order number even though it was at the top of the email and more photos, even though I sent one with one tag that was hanging off. Would not recommend, such a shame as I bought them years ago and they were brilliant. Definitely not worth the extra money.

Nice label, instructions easy enough to follow and they even supply the iron on cover-sheet... but after 1-3 washes they come off (approx 90% have now)...complete waste of money and time.

Been waiting over a week for the labels. No status yet as to whether they have been sent or not. When I want to log into my account, it just says that it is not valid, which I know for sure cannot be the case. If I go to forgotten password, I also get one for my email address, but if I enter it, it says that it is invalid. I wanted to contact customer service but that doesn't work. Unfortunately it was my first and last order. Money paid goods not yet received really bad.

Delivery takes a bit longer than expected. But the labels are very good, both stick-on and iron-on. Much better than cheap alternatives. In my case one type was printed with a mix-up of font sizes, but after a couple of email exchanges Petit Fernand reprinted them correctly and resent them swiftly. Overall a very good experience and great product. I definitely recommend them!
