Frankly, I was very disappointed, even though I was very interested in this promising brand. 1 month delay for a back-to-school order, even though it is stipulated in the GTC that orders are dispatched within 48 hours. On the same day (3 weeks later), we were told that the order had been dispatched, and 1 hour later a second one told us that the order was being manufactured. It took 3 emails and a threatening email taking back the GTCs to see the order dispatched on the same day as this email. That's 3 weeks after the start of the new school year! To be avoided, blatant lack of seriousness

The items offered are of good quality, in line with my choices. On the other hand, I'm very disappointed with the service itself: the order took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and was cancelled twice without reason, but then charged. Despite the lovely labels and fast delivery, I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the product. The iron-on labels peel off very easily, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The object labels come off too, or you have to put a layer of tape over them. I finally bought myself a permanent marker, which is ugly but holds better. It's a shame, because the website is well designed, intuitive and easy to use, and the prices are in line with the competition, so they're fair from the outset.
