I had a problem with the shipping address which was not taken just at the time of shipment because when validating my basket the address was correct. Unfortunately, the website does not make it clear that the labels are sent from abroad and that you have to expect correspondingly long delivery times and delays. I am on my third order, the previous one was from the beginning of last school year.
