Labels ordered on August 20 and still not arrived. Ms. caterina's response is that there must have been inefficiency with the post office but the package is not traceable. Asked for confirmation of shipping address and no other response. Asked to resend labels but as of yesterday still no response. Tonight sent further reminder email. If they want to sell abroad as well they should rely on traceable delivery service otherwise they risk indelibly compromising their seriousness.

Catastrophic delivery error: I ordered gourd and lunch box labels personalized with my son's name and only received a gourd and lunch box with other children's names! And without labels! Non-existent and dishonest customer service. I ordered on August 22, I received an email that it was shipped on the 26th, today it's September 8 and I still haven't received my order! Impossible to reach customer service. They only responded when I left a not favorable review on their Instagram account. It was, of course, a generic response - "patient until Saturday, September 5." Then "patient until Monday, September 7." Now I'm asking for a refund and I still haven't heard back. This is unacceptable.
