I was unfortunately very disappointed with my order on the site I received 1 item out of the 3 ordered impossible to make a claim on the site that constantly displays an error message when validating (an error occurred) and this despite my multiple attempts several days later. So I made a paypal dispute and was reimbursed for the missing items. Too bad because I needed these items for my son's birthday. The timing was too late to place a new order, and considering how difficult it is to file a claim, I don't feel like ordering again.

Hello, Having ordered several times, I have always been delighted with the adhesive textile labels you offer. I'm very disappointed with the latest ones I've received. For one of the two models, nothing to complain about. However, on the other, the labels don't stick to the garment and if by chance they manage to hold on after a day, they all come off when you put them in the washing machine... As for the gourd, I'm very disappointed... I received it yesterday. I washed it by hand for the first time this morning. And I've already noticed dents at the base of the gourd... even though I didn't "mistreat" it. Knowing that these are water bottles designed for children, I wonder how long the color will hold up... if after only 2 minutes of use (washed in a stainless steel sink with a brush) it's already showing signs of knocks...

I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

I was generally happy with the lunch box I ordered in August 2023. Unfortunately, this year in April, the motif with the name on it came off. I accepted this because the lunch box had already been used frequently and washed in the dishwasher. Now, after about 9 months, one of the fasteners on the side has broken off when closing it at nursery. After contacting customer service, I can order a new one for 2.50 + delivery costs of 3.50 0 stars for the durability of the product at this price! The 2 stars are only there because the product was as pictured and I like the function with the ice pack.

The labels were supposed to arrive last week (around 16-17 May), for an order placed on 7 May, I find the time really very long but it was the time indicated. I didn't receive anything last week, and today it says it's been delivered (I'm not at home to see it), so although it's great, they're useless now and I could have waited before spending my money. I order every year. Very good product but the new parcel delivery format is not suitable. Sending by post was much more practical and above all quicker. With the bank holidays, it took me over a week to get my order, whereas before I used to receive it in my letterbox within 48 hours. Overall disappointed. As the site suggests, my wish was to have personalized labels for guest gifts for a christening. When I received my order, one of the two designs I'd chosen was cut in half. Customer service was reactive, but first told me it was impossible to do better. A refund of 1.35 was granted. After a negative review on trustpilot, customer service called me back and offered to reissue the labels, removing the motif that had caused printing problems. The result is a bit sad, but at least I can use them...
