Correct delivery times. Parcel tracking problem with La Poste (no information) Delighted with the cans (good quality and nice design) Good presentation of the labels and nice rendering, practical (notebook) Stickers not easy to peel off. I had imagined textile labels in another material (fabric), but the fact that it only sticks to the label is a problem for me, as children can't stand labels on clothes and I remove them all. As a result, I'm not sure where to stick the textile labels. I'm thinking of buying either a textile ink pad or fabric labels to stick on the inside of the garment.

Order received quickly, ordering on Friday August 14 knowing that Saturday was a holiday, I received my order on Tuesday August 18 which I find very fast! Received a book of labels in an envelope, well presented and practical, quite environmentally friendly in terms of packaging etc.. I'll just have to test it on my clothes and see what happens in the long run. In the label booklet it looks very good quality, I wasn't expecting that, I was pleasantly surprised, even for the size of the labels. Very very reasonable price! For now, I recommend it.

The 1st kit I ordered was badly printed... so I signedale6ey the site sent me back a 2nd free kit (better printing, but very average on the sides). Decueque the self-adhesive clothing labels can only be put on the fabric labels and not on the textile itself.

About a month ago i ordered one lunchbox, one bottle and some labels. To this day i still have not received MY order, however i have received 4 different orders with a total of 6 lunchboxs and 6 waterbottles with other kids names on them which obviously is not mine. One of the orders i even was charged £10 to get as correct postage was not paid by supplier and guess what...it wasnt even my order. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times through both email an instagram and after first wrong order i have heard nothing back. First wrong order i was told to keep the items instead of returning which goes to show how cheaply items are made. So now i have all these personalised items that i have no use for and a bin full of boxes and STILL not got my order. I thought this company looked profressional but an absalout joke in my experience.
