I placed an order for two personalized bottles because my kids had an excursion, I did it 20 days before the date and they did not arrive on time! I bought these labels for my son's bottles, he started nursery on 03/06 and I already have several labels that have gone or are damaged even though it hasn't even been a month. I did however follow the pause instructions. Considering the price, I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend it.

I am very disappointed!!! On January 17, 2019 I ordered a thermos bottle and a lunch box, after several contacts with customer service my order arrived in mid-February, allegedly the German post office had problems with the delivery. I accepted this, even though I never have any other problems with the post office. Now, 4 months later, the outer coating is coming off, the lid has broken off and the bottle has a few dents. Yes, it has certainly been dropped a few times, children don't always take good care of their things. So I contacted customer service again and the answer was, you can order a new one, but after 6 months we can't accommodate you. When I replied that the goods had been in my possession for less than 6 months, the answer was that it had been too long anyway. Conclusion: 1x AND NEVER AGAIN

The delivery was fast and meticulous. However, I was very disappointed by the labels... they are huge, whether iron-on or self-adhesive. It's a real pain to put them on small baby clothes. And the self-adhesive ones... I don't have many garments with a brand label size big enough to stick these on... so I have to keep the arm-long labels describing the materials etc. to be able to stick them on. Without quoting other sites, there are labels of the same type that are much smaller and therefore easier to apply to garments.
