After a month and a half still waiting. Basically the delivery date has arrived. I would appreciate a response. I will leave the initial review at the end. Catherine, I thank you for your quick response. I do, however, detect yet another inaccuracy. Order June 30. Shipped on July 2 it says that the delay can be up to 10 working days at most, not 15. From this platform it is not possible for me to attach screenshot (obscured of my data) that I prepared. You are very kind but the information still does not match the truth. Available to share the screen if I have a chance. That said, delays of course can be there, as I said, just need to be honest. 10 business days maximum is what it says and it has been 12. Again, all it would take is just giving the correct information. I still would have purchased but I don't like stubborn attempts at reason in the face of evidence. That said, the product is really good! Daniela The labels are very nice and useful but the orders are processed and delivered with very long lead times and not matching what was stated before payment... Simply put, you make time to deliver before the labels arrive...Too bad, bsst would state the timeline before purchase with a tiny bit of honesty so you can adjust.

Dear Daniela, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive. As we explain on our website and later in the order confirmation email, products are shipped within 48 hours via French priority mail. For orders shipped to Italy, priority mail delivery times theoretically correspond to 2-3 additional business days. However, they can translate to between 2 and 10-15 business days due to postal service delays. Please do not hesitate to share your opinion on the products ! Sincerely Catherine

Very nice labels, but a big disappointment on the label model chosen by my son: camouflage background and spider illustration (but the negative point is that the spider is displayed in white and not in black so it can't be seen on the label and my little boy is extremely disappointed).
