I ordered labels and a personalized box. I received the box but not the labels. So I contacted customer service to find out if the labels were in the same package. I was told to contact them again after 10 days if I still hadn't received my label order! They didn't answer my question... so after 10 days I contacted customer service again and they sent my labels back! Conclusion: A huge waste of time... Don't be in a hurry! But the labels seem to be of good quality. As for the personalized box, it's just a sticker on the top of the box that starts wrinkling after two washes in the dishwasher... a bit disappointed for the box.

Lovely little stickers! Just as advertised. Seem sturdy enough but still did not "pass" the laundry test. They also sent us some extra stickers, great fun! Also, I really appreciated how the delivery arrived, it's just a simple letter, a little booklet, with instructions, stickers, very handy and great quality, so does not take to much space to store, but the stickers are protected. Will purchase again at need! Thank you!

I have used petit fernand several times now for name stickers for my boys' school uniforms. They are fantastic and I would strongly recommend them to everyone. They withstand a wash and tumble dry and still stay put. So much easier then hand writing names on every garment.
