Quite disappointed with the water bottle that leaks when bent over. I put it in the lunch bag during a walk and the inside of the bag was soaked, the gourd was well aimed and closed but leaked through the small hole near the straw. Nice gourd but not practical. I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought 2 sets of snack boxes and water bottles, one for my daughter in 2020 and one for my son in August 2023 for a total of 90. After 4 months of use, my son's box is cracked and the bottle cap broken. I was kindly told that the purchase was more than 3 months old, so it was no longer their problem, but they gave me a 20% discount code for a new order! Unacceptable considering the price of the products! I'd already had a problem with my daughter's water bottle and had to buy a new cap. In short, not up to scratch!
