I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.

I ordered 2 lots of stickers and waited the 2 weeks as stated to receive them but nothing arrived even thought it stated as delivered on the tracking information.

*Yes you since contacted me and now telling me I need to wait until the 25th there are still people writing on your Facebook Page this morning about orders not being received from ordering on the 2nd September. You are also still deleting peoples comments thank god I have my money back from Paypal it's the first and last time that I will ever be ordering from you. I receive things quicker from China its a joke* Never arrived and according to my tracking on my account it says delivered not sure how you would know that though when it isn't a tracked service contacted you with no reply thank god I paid on credit card as just got my money back really should avoid Facebook reviews are not good either and you have removed a lot of people's comments funny that!!!!!

Product never arrived. Automated email on contacting saying if parcel not arrived chase the post office, however the confirmation email for order said the parcel was not tracked so Post Office cant do anything. Waiting for time lapse for dispute to be raised with bank.
