Been using petit-fernand for years and years product and delivery has always been great. Sadly this time round there was a massive delay in delivery. Hoping it won't happen again. It wasn't the delivery service that was the issue it was your company that admitted to having a problem at your end!

The order was delayed and took a long time. I know it explained once posted takes up to 10 business days to be delivered but it's the time frame from ordering to being shipped out that was the long process and I also got an email to say there was a delay as they are too busy?

I ordered the labels a month ago today and still have not received them. On the web it said that it took 48 hours to manufacture them, after 6 days they sent me an email saying that my order had been shipped but they did not arrive. I complained and they told me that they were going to send me others but they have not arrived either. The shipments are sent by ordinary mail without any tracking. On February 12, customer service contacted me and processed the return. The labels arrived on February 16.
