I ordered a stainless steel water bottle and I'm very happy with it. I then ordered a mug thinking it was also stainless steel and therefore unbreakable, but it's ceramic... so I'm a bit disappointed as I have to wait for my daughter to grow up so she doesn't break it. That said, the mug is too beautiful!!!

I give 3 stars because they really have a lot of choice on labels and the packaging is so much fun but the last purchase made of thermoadhesive labels turns out really poor. They come off just by looking at them. Too bad, in the past the products were better and I have also recommended it to friends. I upgrade to 4 stars for seriousness in responding to the customer. It must have been a defective batch. For the record: - the labels were attached in the same garments where the old labels were attached, in the same manner - the old ones (always purchased on your site) still resist after 2 years even after repeated washings

If they do not fit perfectly, it is almost always due to one of the following conditions: -the fabric is not suitable (wool, fleece)-the iron is not hot enough-laying time is too short-pressure applied is too weak-laying is done with steam (be careful, some irons emit it automatically). Unfortunately, the adhesive labels for laundry don't stick to all clothing labels, I've already had to re-stick them twice after washing. But the labels for objects are great and even withstand the dishwasher, and the lunch box is also really great ?

An order placed very quickly. The prints arrived very quickly at home, but did not correspond to the order.
