The stickers don't stay on the clothing. I followed the instructions, very simple to follow as there isn't much to it, just leaving them stuck to item 24 hours before wearing and washing. Many clothing items came back with no stickers and the few that did, I'd wash and find stickers all in my washing machine. Waste of money, not happy. The product itself looks nice, I like that you can design it how you want it to look. But it's pointless as it doesn't stay on.

I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere.
