It is with much amazement that I must state that half of the self-adhesive labels affixed to my babies' clothes came off at the first washing in the washing machine 🙁 Frankly, I was surprised because my friends' experience had been different. I haven't tried the thermoadhesive ones yet, so mine is a partial review. I had bought the mixed pack offered for kindergarten.

Today is the 22nd and still nothing. I contacted customer service and the automated message promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting... What's more, the tracking link doesn't work.
