I ordered two water bottles personalized with my name. They arrived exactly as requested and quickly (despite the Christmas season). Very nice and quality. I only report that I was unable to pay with Paypal (something that has never happened to me before on other sites) and therefore had to do it directly with my credit card, which I don't like very much. But the problem could also be attributable to Paypal.

They won't stay on. Hello, I'm either doing it wrong or they're not sticking to the clothes at all. I put the labels on the bag, the comforters, the coat, the jacket... They don't fit at all. On the other hand, they're very pretty.

Good products as value for money. Too bad you got the characterization of the mugs wrong (2 different ones in the same order) by reversing the color chosen for the interiors... nn we had more time for return so we still decided to keep the items as they arrived to us. Also, one of the 2 chosen fonts was too small compared to the whole so we suggest either removing it from the list of choices or using it with a larger body in the application. On-time delivery.
