Absolutely inadvisable experience, I placed my order on November 17 and as of today December 23 I still have not received it. I have to say that the customer service has been excellent and fast, they have tried to rectify the incident, without success, and so it seems to me that choosing to order the textile labels on this website is not the best option.

I placed an order for labels a month ago and it did not arrive. I claimed the order and they very kindly processed another order at no cost. But the second order has not arrived yet either. When I complained they said it was a problem with the post office. I find it shameful to have to wait more than a month for some simple labels. Next time I will buy from another brand.
