The labels are perfect, nothing to complain about. But the waiting time for shipment is far too long in my opinion. Over a week to receive an envelope... that's far too long. Once I'd received it, I didn't need it any more, as the little one had already left the day before. So it was a high price to pay for a slow shipment. I had to fall back on labels from supermarkets. They're not personalized, but much cheaper.

Despite scrupulous adherence to the rules, the self-adhesive labels don't hold up very well. Considering the price, I'm disappointed... ! What's more, I was surprised to find that they were sent by green post (without tracking). Maybe that's why I read so many comments about bad delivery. I wouldn't recommend this site, whose quality is frankly average. And I wouldn't buy from it again either.

I chose the expensive Express 48h shipping! Unfortunately, the nice customer service only contacted me after 3 days that the product is no longer available in the color! You don't get a refund or anything - what's the point of choosing? I needed it for my birthday and wrote to customer services. Unfortunately no response to me as a customer! Had to take an alternative. I find it sad and will no longer order here and will continue to do so. A real shame!

The package took longer than expected. I was worried because I entered the tracking and it said it was already delivered and it wasn't. Finally it arrived a day later when I had already written to claim. I ordered clothing labels for 3 different children who are not siblings. They sent the labels for 2 of the children together in the same booklet. The labels are very nice, though.

The gourds are very pretty. However, they're fragile and there's already some color coming off one bottle. And one of the three bottles we received already had some color missing at the bottom. I was a little disappointed with my purchase, as the bottles are rather expensive.

Unfortunately, this time they don't live up to their promise. I have previously ordered from a similar Spanish company when I lived in another country and the order arrived very quickly. My order at Petit-Fernand took more than two weeks, if not longer. And now I live in Spain and it was not only the shipping but also the production time. The clothing stickers have come off with the washes, compared to the other brand that never came off. What I like the most however are the stickers for notebooks or books because you can have a variety of them on a single page.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the stoppers on the children's bottles. The stoppers are far too fragile for this age group. I bought two bottles at the end of 2022. The caps broke in March and July, then I bought a new cap which broke in December. After three broken stoppers, I asked customer service if there wasn't another stopper that would fit, since new gourd models exist and replace the old ones! As luck would have it! The answer is no, so I'm left with my broken stoppers on my "old" leaky bottles.
