Nice idea to customize your own labels by choosing the subject, style and background. The product is attractively bound and at the bottom of the booklet we also found a small gift from Petit-Fernand that we were very pleased with. Customer service is very quick, in fact they respond immediately to inquiries. The only downside is the somewhat slow delivery, in fact 10 days elapsed from when I ordered to when I received the goods.

I had ordered the Petit-Fernand labels before, but this time I was really disappointed. They took 15 days to arrive and not because of the postal service, but by monitoring the site I saw that they went into production long after the famous 2 days that they advertise so much.
