We send the goods out after 48 hours of production by post with "priority" service and then the post office needs 2 - 6 working days, sometimes the letter is already there after 2 - 3 days and sometimes the post office takes longer, unfortunately we have no influence on that. I waited about a week for delivery since the time frame for shipping to Italy is over 48 hours. I reported to customer service that I was not receiving the labels and they promptly responded and confirmed that it was being delivered.
