I've ordered previously had no issue, this time around I waited for delivery for nearly a month and didn't receive order after trying to make contact numerous times was offered a re order but again nothing has arrived as of yet. Asked for a full refund, it's been a waste of valuable time!

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review as a repeat customer for a number of years. I ordered numerous labels on Wed 23.08 in the late afternoon, and received an order confirmation telling me the items would be shipped within 48 hours (also indicated on the website). However, this didn't happen, and with no apology or explanation for the delay, the items were not shipped until Mon 28.08. Delivery was stated as 3-10 business days. Fast forward to 11.09 and still no parcel. Contacting customer services, I received a “it'll be there soon, have a nice day” type of response, and I'm still waiting some 3 weeks since placing the order. I'm aware delivery delays are out of their control, but I have now had to purchase labels from elsewhere for my daughter's school items as I simply cannot wait any longer. In 2023, non-trackable delivery simply doesn't cut the mustard anymore and I'll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrific. Paid for name labels that never arrived. Was told they'd been shipped but never received an email to this effect. Slow customer service response and have now stopped responding, despite having taken my money and not provided the goods. Avoid!
