The self-adhesive labels are really good and effective, I'm also satisfied with the shoe labels, but the self-adhesive labels came off in the 2nd wash! So I wouldn't recommend this model!

I placed a large order on August 31. I received the personalized labels twice in the third week of September, and today, September 23, I am still waiting for the rest of the order: lunch boxes, canteens and snack bags. That they ship in 48-72 hours is not entirely true. I placed an order, and I spent three days trying to talk to them by email or phone. I didn't receive a response, and when I did, it was double and with different information. It is true that I ordered heat seal labels, and they are very nice and arrived very well packaged, but I had to complain and it took almost three weeks.
