The website is easy to use, the personalization of the product can be see in real time on the website. The products have been dispatched with 48h as advertised, the only issue is that they use La poste (French National post) to send it, and it took ages to arrive (2 weeks). The products looks exactly as shown on website, they come in a lovely booklet with use and care instruction, and some stickers as a goodie. I will reorder again but I am now aware not to wait for the last minute to order.
