I ordered clothing stickers for my kid's uniform as they came up first on a Google search. They took ages to arrive from France (which I hadn't realised despite the company name) and were way too big to fit on his clothing labels. They have washed off after one wash. Absolutely useless and were expensive too.

I contacted the company to express my disappointment. Instead of a sincere apology, I was offered a measly 20% discount on additional purchases. This response is entirely unsatisfactory, as it does not address the fundamental issue of the product's poor quality. I expect a full refund for the defective uniform stickers and a sincere apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

I was supposed to receive the labels on the 18th, but I got them on the 24th. Too late. The clothes had to be marked over the weekend so I went to the supermarket to buy white labels and wrote in pen. I've got a batch of labels I don't need and 30 bullets less in my account.
