I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the 2 items I ordered, isothermal bag !!!! and toiletry bag The bags are very light, I don't think they're high quality and the price was high. The plus is the writing of the child's first name and the decoration, but otherwise I'm disappointed.

I ordered at the beginning of the year, and the labels never arrived. However, I received a pleasant customer service which offered me a re-delivery or a refund of the order. I opted for a re-delivery, and the labels just arrived today, although delivery was estimated between the 20th and the 25th. In short, a month to receive a few labels, a very slow and dubious service (depends no doubt on the services of the post office - free letter with no tracking).

Hello, I think the design is really nice, but I'm a bit disappointed because when I washed my daughter's clothes, a lot of the labels didn't stick. I waited more than 48 hours and they didn't stick directly on the fabric.

The labels never arrived at my home. On the plus side: very responsive after-sales service! However, to return the labels by express delivery, I had to pay the 9.50 charge. I don't think it's my responsibility to pay the express shipping costs in order to receive the labels in time at my home. I have therefore requested a refund. I will not be ordering from this site again.
