Ordered in August. Still not arrived last week so messaged with my order number. They reply to ask if it's the correct address. It was a complete different name and address to my address somewhere in Kettering.my order confirmation email states my correct address. I tell them it's incorrect and let them know my order confirmation shows my name and address. They then begin to call me Cara (wrong name after I've told them my name is Leanne) which was the name who lives at the address they have written down incorrectly. I still have no order and nobody is helping. I want my money back and will purchase elsewhere. ! I have emailed and called please take a look at your emails I've left three now ! Contacted on social media also but no reply. My daughters are at school one just started secondary school and we have no labels In Clothing and no reply to my emails to send me what I've purchased!

Placed an order which took about a week to arrive. Order arrived and had another child's names in the labels (GDPR breach?!?). I emailed instantly and was told they would send a replacement out free of charge, as if they were doing me a favour!!!. The next order also took a week to arrive and arrived after my children had already started back at school and I had had to purchase more labels from another supplier. I have been ordering from Petit-Ferdinand for 5 years and have always highly recommended the company to others. I feel like this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I can't imagine ordering with them again in future or recommending them to others. Such a shame!!!!

Did not receive my order 1st time around then 2nd came later than expected and the labels are not sticking at all. The 1st time I ordered I had last year no problems so I used this company again however very disappointed this time round.

Received the wrong labels , still waiting for my replacement labels which apparently take up to 12 days? No express service available apparently which I found odd as it was their error. Disappointing
