Disappointed. I bought too quickly. I didn't realize that the labels would stick to the labels on the clothes. My children have sensitive skin. I cut all the labels off their clothes. I wanted iron-on labels on the fabric.

I placed an order on august 19. i contacted customer service again. i received no explanation or apology. ten days ago i received an e-mail informing me that the order had been dispatched. but to this day i still haven't received it. this is unacceptable. After posting this negative comment, I finally got a response from customer service. It's not just a postal problem, since it took two months from the time my order was validated to the time it was dispatched. As a reminder, it was two boxes of snacks and a book of labels that I was supposed to receive before the start of the school year on September 4!

Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of money
The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!
