Arrived without any problems in the mailbox. Thermoadhesive labels are included with tissue paper for iron-on attachment and ordered in a handy pad inside an envelope. At the end of the pad is a sheet of nice complimentary stickers. Done already more than 10 washes for shirt and pants they are firm and do not fade. I opted for a light background with first and last name in black you can see and read both the design and the name very well. The object labels stick easily in, 1-line format on the markers.

I bought the personalized bottle for my 2 year old daughter for when she starts school in September. The bottle is beautiful but the spout and cap are very hard and do not allow her to use the bottle without adult assistance; I was a little disappointed in that aspect because it is all about empowering the child's independence, and it seems to me that she is not going to be able to use it on her own yet.
