Fast delivery, good products, as expected!
2 times that I order, this site is really great, super fast delivery on top of that.
I'm very happy with the products I ordered, and so are my children. However, I'm only giving them 2 stars, because I placed my order following a referral. I therefore had a promotional code with a 3 euro discount and free shipping (6 euros) When I applied the promotional code, the shipping costs were not cancelled. So I contacted Customer Service, who asked me to confirm my order with the shipping costs, but that these costs would be reimbursed. To date, I haven't received this refund. Admittedly it's only 6 euros, but as a matter of principle I feel I should be reimbursed.

Great products in general Two small drawbacks: Long time between order and receipt (for Belgium) The self-adhesive labels on the clothes come off after several washes.

I think the name stickers are just great because they fit everywhere and stick very well and because they can easily be made colorful and can be used for everything whether school or leisure.
Everything is great! The product, the customization options, the available designs and above all the customer service. I needed labels in a hurry and they did everything to get them to me on time. 1000 times better than Amazon's Chinese label packs!!!!

Great clothes stickers. Still have the last lot stuck on clothes after a years worth of washing and tumble drying. Just need to replace as clothes are too small now. Fast delivery and good price for large families.

Sticky labels: nice color for decorating binders and notebooks... Iron-on labels: disappointed, they don't hold up well after the first wash.

Purchased both the labels and the thermal water bottle. Both items are very nice and of good workmanship, shipping was quick. The only remark I would make concerns the lack of a sign that allows, precisely, to be able to follow the steps of the shipment, which nevertheless went smoothly.
